Remodelling "The Call Centre"
The remodelling of traditional "The Call Centre" mentality where perception suggested offshoring, headsets and scripts with calls automated and injected into the dial process to avoid any lag in call placed ratio this was apparently to go to strategy. Well hasn't reality kicked in and changed since. The realisation "humans buy from humans" and not a detailed script and that tonality was the indication and measure of authenticity considering the merge of companies being burnt and misled by the conventional telemarketing approach.
